Shri Sanatan Mandir sits on Ealing Road in the London Borough of Brent, right on Wembley’s famous "Little India" — a 1.5 km stretch of Gujarati sweet shops, saree stores, and vegetarian restaurants. The Mandir has a modest car park; most devotees arrive by Tube.

By air: London Heathrow is 16 km (25 min by taxi, 50 min by Piccadilly Line). By Tube: Alperton station on the Piccadilly Line is a 5-minute walk; Wembley Central on the Bakerloo Line is 25 minutes on foot. By train: Wembley Central National Rail (Bakerloo Line / Southern / Overground) connects to London Euston in 11 minutes. By car: Free on-site parking for 80 cars; additional street parking on Ealing Road is limited and metered.

Parking at Shri Sanatan Mandir is limited to 80 cars; on weekends and Navratri nights the temple operates an overflow park-and-ride from Wembley Stadium with a 10-minute shuttle service. Metered street parking on Ealing Road offers short-stay options; the £8 Wembley Park multi-storey car park is 12 minutes walk and is the best affordable option for long visits. If you're visiting during Navratri, do not drive — the Ealing Road entire length is often closed to vehicles during the garba nights, and shuttle services from Wembley Park run continuously.

Wembley's "Little India" stretch begins right at the Mandir's doorstep and extends 1.5 km along Ealing Road. Devotees are encouraged to combine the mandir visit with a walk through Ealing Road — it is the most vibrant Indian retail precinct in London, with Gujarati sweet shops, saree stores, Ayurvedic clinics, and 40+ vegetarian restaurants. Maru's Bhajia House (established 1972) is a favourite temple breakfast stop. The Saravanaa Bhavan on Ealing Road Wembley is a full-meal thali option for lunch after morning darshan.

Where to Stay

Accommodation

Wembley has rapidly become a hotel hub thanks to Wembley Stadium and the OVO Arena. Premier Inn London Wembley Park, Hilton London Wembley, Novotel London Wembley and Holiday Inn Wembley are all within 2–3 km. The Tube connection to central London means many devotees choose to stay at Kings Cross or Paddington and visit as a day trip. Shri Sanatan Mandir itself runs a small dormitory-style rest house for out-of-country devotees attending major ceremonies, bookable through the mandir office. Nearby restaurants include Saravanaa Bhavan (South Indian), Ram’s (Gujarati thali), Maru’s Bhajia House (famous for vegetarian chaat), and the temple’s own prasadam canteen open daily.

Wembley and Harrow offer many hotels within 3–5 km — in addition to the Hilton London Wembley, the Novotel Wembley, and Premier Inn Wembley Park, consider the Holiday Inn London Wembley, Mercure London Wembley and the boutique Square Pig Hotel for a character experience. The Mandir's own small rest house (Ashray Bhavan) is open to senior out-of-country visitors on referral from other Vallabh Nidhi centres worldwide. For dining, the Mandir's own prasadam canteen serves Gujarati thali for £8 (meat-free, onion-free); the adjacent Ram's Pure Veg Restaurant and the acclaimed Rasa W1 (Euston, 40 min by Tube) are favourites of temple devotees for celebration dinners.
