Vasudā (वसुदा, IAST: Vasudā) is a Sanskrit-origin Hindu girl-name meaning “She who bestows wealth and all good things”. Vasu (wealth, treasure, goodness — also the class of eight divine beings) and dā (giver) join to name Lalitā as the bountiful Goddess who freely confers material and spiritual prosperity upon her devotees.
