A Salute to PM Modi and the Indian Armed Forces

A Nation Strikes Back

Operation Sindoor is not just a military response—it is a sacred tribute to the mothers and sisters of Bharat who lost their loved ones in the barbaric Pahalgam terror attack. At 1:44 AM on May 7, 2025, India launched coordinated precision strikes on nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and PoJK, eliminating over 80 terrorists in a powerful reply to the April 22 massacre that killed 25 Indians and one Nepali tourist.

The entire nation stands in gratitude and pride—Salute to PM Narendra Modi and the Indian Army for this historic operation.

Operation Sindoor: Honoring Sacred Sacrifice

The name “Operation Sindoor” was chosen to symbolize the pain of widows and mothers whose sindoor—a sacred symbol of marital life—was cruelly wiped away by terrorists.

Among the victims was Santosh Jagdale from Pune. His daughter, Asavari, said:

“Hearing the name Operation Sindoor brought tears to my eyes. This is justice for my father.”

Her mother, Pragati Jagdale, added:

“The terrorists took away our sindoor. This operation has given us dignity.”

Precision Strikes on Terror Bases

Under Operation Sindoor, the Indian Armed Forces struck major terrorist hubs, including:

  • JeM headquarters in Bahawalpur
  • LeT base in Muridke
  • Terrorist camps in Muzaffarabad and Kotli

The Ministry of Defence confirmed the neutralization of over 80 terrorists. The strikes were described as:

“Precise, measured, and non-escalatory.”

Tri-Force Unity and Modi’s Leadership

This was India’s first tri-service strike since 1971, with the Army, Air Force, and Navy working in perfect coordination. The IAF used Rafale jets armed with Hammer bombs and long-range missiles—without crossing the LoC.

PM Modi personally oversaw the operation and granted full operational freedom. He told defense chiefs:

“Choose the time, the target, and the method—wipe out terrorism.”

NSA Ajit Doval led the planning and briefed US NSA Marco Rubio on the strategic intent.

Pakistan’s Cowardly Response in Uri

In a desperate act, Pakistan violated the LoC ceasefire in the Uri sector, killing three Indian civilians. The Indian Army retaliated swiftly, eliminating several Pakistani soldiers.

An official Army statement said:

“Pakistan has once again violated ceasefire norms. Our response is firm and fitting.”

Global and National Reaction

  • Rajnath Singh: “Bharat Mata Ki Jai!”
  • Yogi Adityanath: “Jai Hind! Jai Hind Ki Sena!”
  • Piyush Goyal: “#OperationSindoor – Justice Delivered”
  • S. Jaishankar: “The world must adopt zero tolerance for terrorism.”

Meanwhile, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres urged restraint, and US President Donald Trump called for calm but acknowledged India’s right to self-defense.

Remembering the Pahalgam Massacre

On April 22, terrorists opened fire on tourists in Baisaran Valley, Pahalgam, killing 26 civilians, including non-Muslim pilgrims.

Pragati Jagdale, widow of one of the victims, said:

“They asked my husband to recite Islamic verses. When he couldn’t, they shot him.”

This was not just an act of terror—it was a targeted communal massacre.

What Comes Next?

The Indian Army is expected to hold a detailed press briefing this evening. As tensions remain high:

  • Airports in North India are under enhanced surveillance.
  • Aakash Missile Defense Systems have been deployed along the border.
  • Pakistan has closed its airspace, hinting at possible escalation.

A New Chapter Begins

Operation Sindoor sends a clear and uncompromising message: India will not tolerate cross-border terror. This operation is a tribute to our martyrs, a defense of our daughters, and a salute to our soldiers.

As the dust settles, the message is clear:

“If you strike us, we will respond with righteousness, resolve, and retribution.”
