Vishnu Mandir sits directly on Yonge Street (Highway 11) in Richmond Hill, 30 minutes north of downtown Toronto and easily accessed from both Highway 407 and Highway 7. The 50-foot Hanuman is visible from the road — there is no missing it. The mandir has 200 parking spaces plus valet parking during festivals.

By air: Toronto Pearson International (YYZ) is 28 km; taxi is 30–45 minutes. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is 35 km. By GO Train: Langstaff GO Station (Richmond Hill line) is just 2 km from the mandir — a 15-minute walk or short bus. The 50-foot Hanuman murti is visible from hundreds of metres along Yonge Street — making Vishnu Mandir one of Canada's easiest Hindu temples to find. The mandir is 30 minutes from downtown Toronto via Yonge Street, or 20 minutes from Pearson International via Highway 401 and Highway 407. Free parking is available for 200 cars plus valet on festival days. For first-time visitors, the Sunday Sabha begins at 10 AM; arrive by 9:30 AM for a good seat. The Canadian Museum of Hindu Civilization is open to the public on weekends 11 AM to 4 PM; school-group tours require advance booking.

Hanuman Jayanti (usually April) is the mandir's signature festival — plan to arrive by 7 AM to avoid traffic chaos on Yonge Street. The temple operates complimentary shuttle buses from Langstaff GO Station on festival days. Wednesdays at 7 PM are the dedicated Hanuman Chalisa evening when devotees chant 40 times beneath the murti — a particularly moving experience for visitors seeking a deep devotional moment in a small-group setting.
