About the Opportunity

HinduTone is looking for a highly experienced Senior FDE Trainer with 15+ years of IT industry experience to lead advanced, project-oriented training in Forward Deployed Engineering, Enterprise AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and production application development.

We are seeking an industry professional who can bridge the gap between AI prototypes and real-world enterprise deployments. The ideal candidate should understand how to work directly with customers, identify business problems, architect solutions, develop production-ready applications, integrate enterprise systems, and deploy secure and scalable AI solutions.

The candidate should be capable of mentoring experienced IT professionals, software engineers, cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, and aspiring Forward Deployed Engineers through real-world projects and enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver an industry-oriented FDE training program.
Teach the complete lifecycle of Forward Deployed Engineering, from customer discovery to production deployment.
Explain how to translate business requirements into technical architectures and working solutions.
Train learners to build AI-powered enterprise applications using LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and tool integrations.
Guide learners in designing, developing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting production systems.
Demonstrate enterprise application integration with APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and internal business systems.
Lead hands-on projects involving AI agents, MCP servers, workflow automation, and enterprise knowledge assistants.
Teach cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and production reliability.
Mentor learners in system design, debugging, incident response, security, performance optimization, and technical decision-making.
Develop project assignments, architecture diagrams, coding exercises, and real-world case studies.
Prepare learners for FDE, AI Engineer, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, and related technical roles.

1. Forward Deployed Engineering

3. Full Stack and Backend Engineering

Python and modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI
REST APIs, microservices, authentication, and authorization

Testing, debugging, and software engineering best practices

4. Cloud, DevOps and Platform Engineering

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 15 years of overall IT industry experience.
Strong hands-on experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade technical solutions.
Demonstrated experience in AI, cloud, software engineering, enterprise integration, or related technical domains.
Ability to explain complex engineering concepts through practical demonstrations.
Experience mentoring senior engineers, leading technical teams, or conducting advanced technical training.
Strong communication, problem-solving, architecture, and consulting skills.
Ability to guide learners through complete end-to-end enterprise projects.

Candidates with prior FDE experience, customer-facing engineering experience, AI solution architecture experience, or enterprise consulting experience will be preferred.

Practical Training and Project Expectations

The selected trainer should be capable of guiding learners through projects such as:

1. Enterprise RAG knowledge assistant with access controls and source citations. 2. Agentic AI application with tool calling, MCP servers, and human approval workflows. 3. Enterprise support agent integrating APIs, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases. 4. Cloud-deployed AI application with FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and security. 5. Production AI operations project involving evaluation, observability, incident handling, and cost optimization.
