Job Overview

HinduTone is looking for an experienced and passionate Python Full Stack Trainer with expertise in FastAPI, AI, and Generative AI to join our training team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience building full-stack applications, and the ability to teach complex technical concepts in a simple, practical, and industry-oriented manner.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of teaching or corporate training experience and should be comfortable delivering hands-on sessions, real-time projects, coding demonstrations, and interview preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and practical training in Python programming and Full Stack Development.
Teach FastAPI, REST API development, backend architecture, and database integration.
Develop and deliver industry-oriented training materials, assignments, lab exercises, and projects.
Train students in frontend technologies and end-to-end application development.
Teach AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), based on expertise.
Demonstrate the integration of AI models and APIs into Python applications.
Guide students in building real-time projects, debugging applications, testing APIs, and deploying solutions.
Train students in Git, GitHub, Docker, and application deployment.
Conduct assessments, coding exercises, mock interviews, and technical evaluations.
Help students prepare resumes, build project portfolios, and improve technical interview skills.
Keep course content updated with current industry practices and technologies.

Required Technical Skills

1. Python Programming

Python fundamentals and advanced Python
Object-oriented programming
Exception handling, modules, packages, and virtual environments
File handling, iterators, generators, decorators, and APIs
Data structures, debugging, and coding best practices

2. Python Full Stack Development

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Frontend frameworks such as React, preferably
Backend development using Python
RESTful APIs and JSON
Authentication and authorization
Application architecture and integration

3. FastAPI and Backend Development

FastAPI application development
Routing, request handling, and response models
Pydantic validation and serialization
Dependency injection and middleware
Authentication using JWT or OAuth2
SQLAlchemy or equivalent ORM
PostgreSQL or MySQL
Async programming and background tasks
API testing using Pytest and Postman
API documentation using OpenAPI / Swagger

4. Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI

AI and Machine Learning fundamentals
LLM concepts and model integration
Prompt engineering
OpenAI-compatible APIs or other LLM providers
Embeddings and vector databases
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
LangChain or LangGraph, preferably
Building AI-powered applications using Python and FastAPI

5. Development Tools and Deployment

Git and GitHub
Linux fundamentals
Docker and containerization
Environment variables and secrets management
Application deployment and debugging
Cloud deployment on AWS or Azure, preferably

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 5 years of teaching, technical training, or corporate training experience.
Strong command of Python and practical application development.
Hands-on knowledge of FastAPI and REST API development.
Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners and working professionals.
Experience delivering practical sessions and guiding real-time projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to prepare structured course materials and conduct technical assessments.
AI / GenAI project experience will be a strong advantage.
