The Mahadev Temple of Kurdi is a temple of Shiva in South Goa that the Archaeological Survey of India lists as a centrally protected monument under its Goa Circle (Archaeological Survey of India; The Goan). The ASI lists it separately from the Mahadev Temple at Tambdi Surla, which is a different monument (Archaeological Survey of India).
The temple no longer stands in Kurdi village. It was taken down at its original site and rebuilt at the Selaulim Dam, because the dam's construction threatened the old location (The Goan; Gomantak Times).

The relocated temple stands beside the Water Resources Department (WRD) Rest House, a few metres from the Dando-side entry gate of the Selaulim Dam (The Goan). The Selaulim Botanical Garden lies on the lower side of the dam (The Goan).
